The Museum of ideas and inventions of Barcelona organizes a competition for children and patents inventions with a future

The initiative of Museum of ideas and inventions of Barcelona I found it most interesting. It is about taking advantage of children's creativity and their ability to generate ideas by organizing a minimiba contest that allows children to patent their ideas.

And in 2012 the initiative to get the best ideas from children between 5 and 12 years, has obtained very original ideas and although they were drawn on a sheet of paper, they have been able to become patents thanks to the sponsorship of the J.Isern trademark office. Although it has not been there and the Museum has also managed to build prototypes, thanks to the creative workshop Bermac. The small inventors selected have been able to work with real designers and manufacturers to refine the requirements and build a prototype.

As can be read in Populi Voice, to protect the models, J. Isern technicians processed the registration in the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, including the description of the prototype, claims and drawings of their own creator.

In the newspaper you can see some of the ideas and prototypes made by the children. I recommend taking a look because, for example, the windmill with solar panels in the blades it seems one of the most original and attractive ideas, although there are many more: a knife that when it falls to the ground never makes it tip, an umbrella with bluetooth to speak on the phone, a brush that has water, etc.

The objects will remain exhibited at the Museum of Barcelona until March 3, 2013 after having been visible at the British Invention Show in London.

We congratulate the Museum of ideas and inventions of Barcelona because the initiative is most hopeful for developing children's creativity and imagination. In addition, and with the possibilities that open today with technology, I am convinced that many of these ideas may thrive in the future.
