The guardian angel of children in the park

A few days ago I told you about my son's guardian angel Aran, the one I've never seen but a good day came to stay and save my son from a few, and today I wanted to remember The park's guardian angels.

These are angels who have a lot of work, too much, basically because many parents trust them too much. They do their job well, they are efficient and do not ask for anything in return, but they are not infallible, so many parents would do well not to give them all the leading role of surveillance, because one day they could get a good scare.

I realized that they also existed in the park the day I saw a child of about six years fall from a park structure that was about 3 meters high.

My oldest son, who was 4 years old at the time, was also determined to go up and (fool of me) I let him do it. However, I did not take my eye off him and, when he wanted to go down, I did a thousand and one to avoid running any risk.

That boy, on the other hand, I played in the heights under the watchful eye of anyone. A few minutes after we went to another place the boy fell. "Ploff" was heard falling into the park sand. No one came to help him. The boy got up complaining, pale of fright and perhaps pale of the blow, holding an arm that hurt too much and walking towards a bench, where his mother did not see him fall (he probably did not even see him go up, nor play there).

There he explained to his mother that he had fallen and that a lot of damage had been done. I thought of all the possible external and internal injuries that a child (or an adult) can do when falling from a height of three meters and hallucinated to see that his mother simply told him a "Well, if you've hurt yourself now stay here by my side", as he turned his head again to continue the conversation he had with other mothers.

The boy stayed by his side (he probably would have done so even when his mother had told him to continue playing), while the shadow of a towering building was eating the sun as the minutes passed. That tall building is just one of the hospitals we have in my city, which is in the center, two minutes walk from the park where we were.

That day I realized that there are also guardian angels in the parks. But it was not only that day, because unfortunately I have seen children who disappear, children who cry without the protection of their parents, children who do involuntary somersaults on a slide, children who walk alone among the swinging swings like who walks clueless by a minefield, and children whose guardian angels have arrived a little late, already bleeding, moving away with their parents shouting "We are not coming back".

I have seen a lot and see that I have set foot in the parks Maybe I have seen it because to see you have to look. Perhaps I have seen it because while I watched my children, other parents did not watch their children. In any case, whether or not the guardian angels exist, every day they have more work, and that is not good news.
