But it is important to note that losing weight after childbirth is not a raceIt is not healthy to become obsessed, because the weight gained has a raison d'etre, even if it does not match what society seems to ask women. The extra kilos are the reserves for when the child is born, to replace the wear and tear of raising and feeding a child.

In this way, and to control the excess of toxins, it is necessary to take care of the consumption of fats (especially reduce animal fats, since many of the toxic chemical substances are found in high concentrations in animal fat, and especially avoid processed foods based on minced meat and leftovers).

We remember that in this sense it is recommended to eat a variety of foods that are not of animal origin (fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains), remove the skin and excess fat from meats and poultry and choose the varieties without fat or Low fat food from animals.

In short, crazy diets and the obsession to recover the line after pregnancy and childbirth can not only be harmful to the mother, which can be weakened and have nutritional deficiencies.
