"The lion king" will return in diamond edition and 3D cinemas in autumn

Recently our colleague Eva Paris informed us that the musical of "The Lion King" arrives in October.

Well, it will not be on the boards the only place where we can relive the adventures of Simba, Nala, Scar and other endearing characters in this movie, since "the lion king" will return in diamond edition and 3D cinemas in autumn.

As it happened with movies from the Disney factory, such as "Beauty and the Beast", "Snow White" or "Fantasy", "The Lion King" will also be reissued on DVD and Blu-ray in Diamond Edition.

The Diamond Editions are a collection of Disney titles in which extra material is added to the existing editions of the films, such as documentaries or scenes initially removed by the company.

Thanks to this edition, we will travel again to the African savannah where we will meet Simba, a small heir to the throne, who is exiled by being unjustly accused of the death of his father, the king.

"The Lion King" ("The Lion King", 1994) represents many things: for some, the history of his childhood; for others a story impossible to forget. For Disney it was the peak of his second golden age.

This film marked a before and after, since Before "The Lion King", Disney made stories for children. The enormous dramatic burden of the plot of the film threw away tales of princesses, magicians and talking candelabra.

Let us not forget that, despite being a work aimed especially at children, it treats death as part of the cycle of life that continues forward.

Similarly, on the occasion of this reissue in Diamond Edition, cinemas equipped with 3D will have a copy of the film to be able to see it with this new technology so current, as was done with "Beauty and the Beast."

This fall "The Lion King" returns in style and I am glad because it is one of the films I remember with more affection, along with "Beauty and the Beast", "The Little Mermaid", "Aladdin" or "Hercules". Hakuna Matata!
