Perhaps it is none of that and the reason was simply that someone wanted to play to create a story and it seemed to them that it might seem extremely funny or curious that someone was born on 11-1-11 at 1:11.
The fact is that Amy Zeller and Codjo Mensah had a daughter at St. Paul's Hospital in Minnesotta on that date, without them having anything to do, but confessing that yes they realized that the birth attendants were looking for the event.
