It has happened again: Facebook censures the photo of a baby and the scar of a C-section

I dont give credit. But I will have to get used to it because it is seen that human stupidity has no limits. A few days ago we showed you the beautiful photo of a baby and the scar of a caesarean that has revolutionized the networks taken by the photographer Helen Aller that has aroused all kinds of reflections and feelings about this way of giving birth.

It has not been one more photo. It is a photo so powerful that it has shocked and has become a viral phenomenon. It has been seen by about 15 million people worldwide, which is said soon. But after being denounced by some users as "pornographic" or "bad taste" content, yesterday Facebook has decided to remove the photo and close the photographer's account.

It has happened again. And although he has said that he would no longer consider the photos of women breastfeeding obscene, it seems that he has now moved to another field of folly censoring the photo of a baby and the scar of a caesarean section.

Upon hearing the news, Helen commented on her wall:

"A week ago, Facebook made the decision that this image was appropriate. It has just been deleted without any explanation. As Facebook does not give contact information to discuss it, I will repost it again.

For those people who don't like the image, just take a moment to consider the thousands of people around the world that this photo has helped. They just need to read the comments to know. So, instead of being offended, please let someone else have some peace and joy for something. There is very little of that in the world these days! "

The scar of a caesarean section mobilizes

The scar of a C-section can open many wounds. But it can also help. Despite being a scar that has given life, and of which many are proud, the story is not so happy for everyone. In many cases it also brings sadness and frustration.

Sad stories of unrespected births, of women who have felt that they did not give birth to their children, women to whom this image helped, in some way, to reconcile with that wound in his belly.

We have been able to see it on our own Facebook profile. Next to the post were hundreds of comments. The majority positive, because a scar has never given more life, but some really touching women who said they saw the photo and made them want to cry for their stolen birth. Feelings that hurt and that if somehow the work of a photographer can help heal them, welcome. But no, some fool comes and takes everything ahead.

Facebook censorship again

In fact, we blame Facebook, which of course has it, for not having a sensitive and sensible human being who controls the allegations of content, for continually censoring precious photos such as this from a birth or from breastfeeding mothers. But ** the real stupidity is of the users who denounce this photo because they consider it "pornography" or "bad taste". **

Can anyone really confuse this image with pornography? Why? Why is a pub seen? Why can a scar hurt someone's sensibility? And if that scar were on one arm or one leg, would they remove it?

It makes me angry. How little sensitivity people have lately, really. With the things we see daily on social networks that are really "pornographic" or "in bad taste."
