What do we do with children in summer? the question of the week

Summer is coming and school is over. A few years ago they were dates that you were anxiously waiting for because it meant that the holidays began and that you had a long summer ahead. Unfortunately, those days are over and now the end of classes simply means a logistical problem, summer camps, urban, grandparents, holidays in town, etc.

This week we ask you:

What do we do with children in summer?

Last week we asked you: What do you recommend: bassinet, baby cot or baby cot? to see what you told us about it.

Iskandervv told us:

My son used bassinet (and because they lent us) a mini-crib type until four months, yes, to sleep during the day (how little he did) and at night at times, since it was rare for four o'clock Tomorrow I wasn't in my bed after three hours? of sleeping alone. Then we mounted the crib (inherited) and slept there, more or less, until eight months, when a tendonitis in the hand that made it difficult to catch him at night and return to full-time work (without the possibility of napping) took me to "let him" sleep with me all night, and at least that way I could rest and continue breastfeeding without revealing myself. Now, when a friend asks me, I definitely recommend the colecho crib, because it is true that most before having the first child throws us back to "put it" in our bed, but when you realize that your son He also needs you at night, and that you need to rest, or you leave him crying to see if the flute sounds and you get to "civilize" your son, or you resign yourself in a certain way (and read that it is not so bad, hehehe) and You let him sleep with you. The cradle at least allows to have a little more room for all three ...

Without a doubt, baby cradle. In my case that I had of all those things you name, everything had "skewers" Until we chose x cradle of very cheap ikea that could be transformed, and it was salvation! Pq or slept she or slept me (more I'm still sleeping in it) and she is wide in bed. They improved so much the nights, not having to get up, a luxury. If she wakes up I lift my shirt and continue sleeping. The best decision we could do that if it lifts you that you don't have a back because they could already make them 1'90 long !! Hahaha

M.Carmen replied:

I totally agree with unconditional love, cot colecho. We with the first buy mini-cot and convertible crib (the latter is still unused, thankfully it will be a bed and we will not have thrown away the money). I used the mini-cradle until the 7 months I started working. Then we started with the colecho, I needed to sleep and until then I did not dare because I saw her too small and I was very tired. Now with the second, all in the same bed from the beginning and sleep so richly (well kicks and some heat is passed, hehe). I do not change for anything, despite the bad nights, sleeping with them. It's great to go to bed together and wake up together.

Now the new question for this week is now available and remember that you have a week to answer it Please do so in the "Answers" section and not responding to this entry. I know that I repeat myself, but if you answer here we can not take them into account for next week.
