Well, this is what a couple from Pensacola, Florida, devised when they learned they were going to give birth to twins.
At first the surprise was going to be that of not revealing the sex of the baby until the moment of birth, that the relatives upon visiting them learned that he was a boy or a girl. However, when they learned on a medical visit that they were going to give birth to two babies, she told him "don't tell anyone!" and he replied "that was what I was thinking", and everything remained in a beautiful surprise.
When they told the doctor what they had planned, he laughed and said he was sure that sooner or later they would tell someone. How can you hide that you are going to have twins? But they did it. No one knew. They managed to hide it until the end and that's why they decided record the face of everyone who was going to visit them to get the tremendous surprise.
